Happy 3 year Anniversary to us!!!

Well it has been 3 amazing years for the Buchta's. We have successfully started and are now in the process of expanding our family. We have been through our now third deployment. Finished some pilot training. Moved across the country twice. Bought our first home and filled it with nice things...and traveled A LOT! God has been so good to us and every night when i get into bed I am so humbled when i think of how He has carried us so gently through all the craziness of these past 3 years and how He has changed us and more then anything brought us closer together...which in turn has brought us closer to Him.

Dear Ben,
My loving and patient and so supportive husband. Where would I be without you? I don't even know how to think about that. You have changed my life and changed me in ways I never thought possible. The Lord has used you and your love for me to soften me and grow me and make me truely into the woman that I was created to be. I am not the person that I am today if not for you. I have yet to meet a man or even person in general as good as you. You are just so good. You sacrifice more then i could've ever asked for from any human being. You put your life on the line for us and for our future everyday. I love you more then i even know how to describe. I honor you, respect you, look up to you, support you, will always believe in you, trust you, lift you up to our Savior everyday, will follow you to the ends of this earth, will raise your children to the best of my ability, will never leave you for any reason and will love you always and forever...you are my eternity. You are my man forever. You are my husband. I will wait for you daily to come home to me. I will always be here waiting for you...always.

Here's to another year! I wonder what this year will bring...besides the obvious and the usual (another baby, another deployment, more TDY's and more traveling). I can't imagine my life without any of that. You are all good things in my life and God uses you to be the biggest part of all good things in my life. Come home to me soon. I love you baby

Your loving wife and best friend of 3 years

Lil' Ellie goes trick or treating

Trick or treating was so much fun with Ellie this year! I had no idea how much fun it is. I had a blast making her costume and she wore it with no fuss at all. She walked door to door with her little basket...couldn't quite get the "trick or treat" out of her mouth though. Then in between houses she was chasing Wayne down (he was pulling the girls in the wagon) screaming "sit, sit, sit." sitting in the wagon in between houses was her favorite part.

25 weeks ya'll!

Alright this month is finally coming to a close...thank God! I'm a little over 25 weeks and most of us still think it's a boy. The only boy name that Ben and I both seem to like is Ezekiel. Not a whole lot of girl names (this isn't a very talked about often subject). Ellie points to my stomach and says "baby" and then i tell her how she's a big sister. I don't know if it's all registered much with her. We'll see soon enough

Enjoying our new toys

Ellie was blessed with so much new and fun stuff. She's been now introduced to a baby who has a diaper bag and a stroller. The stroller is her favorite part though. SHe likes to undress the baby. The baby also has a paci outmatched to her clothes and since we've taken Ell's paci away sometimes i have caught her sucking on her baby's paci...it's really funny. She got a bunch of dress-up items like high heels and earrings and of course more necklaces. She got gardening tool for helping mom in the yard (she could use the extra help these days). She also got her first play house! it has a door that shuts and everything...she loves it! SHe takes some stuffed animals and her crayons and coloring books and a pair of shoes or two in there and just hangs out. We also got her a golfing set so she can start working on her swing and of course a trike to learn how to ride a bike someday...the best part is her adorable helmet:)

Thank you all for how thoughtful you were in your gifts to her and we are so appreciative and grateful. Thank you also for sharing in her day in any way that you did...near or far. We love you all!

The big birthday bash

We invited some of Ellie's (and mommy's) closest friends to run around in the backyard playing in the pool and sprinklers in an effort to soak up the last few days of summer. HAHA, not really, summer seems to never end here:(
